By purchasing from or using any Occlumedia product or service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License Agreement

When you purchase an Occlumedia software module (e.g., UPI QR Payment Gateway), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on the number of domains specified in your purchased plan.

You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license key.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the licensed software.
Each license is tied to one domain unless you purchased a multi-domain plan.
Domain transfers are only available on Pro and Agency plans.

2. Refund Policy

⚠️ Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of software licenses, no refunds are offered once a license key has been issued. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

If there is a technical issue preventing the module from working, we will provide free support to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Services

For web development, app development, SEO, and other services:

All project terms, deliverables, timelines and payment schedules are defined in a separate project agreement.
50% advance payment is required before project work begins.
Final payment is due before delivery of final files or launch.
Revision limits are specified per project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs and content created by OCCLUMEDIA remains the intellectual property of Occlumedia and Daksh B unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. License Verification

Our software modules connect to our license server (verify.occlumedia.com) to verify your license. If your license is revoked due to policy violation, the module will cease functioning. We will provide notice before revoking licenses except in cases of serious abuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

Occlumedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
